How to make disposable sugarcane fiber lunch box

Disposable sugarcane fiber lunch box, which belongs to pulp molding in technology, mainly uses sugarcane pulp as raw material, and is formed by mixing sugarcane pulp in proportion according to product requirements.

The design and shape of the product are different, the requirements for the pulp species will also be different, and the mixing ratio of various pulp species is also different. The raw materials generally used are pulp boards. First, various plant fiber pulp boards are put into the hydraulic pulper according to different proportions, soaked for about 5 minutes, and then the hydraulic pulper is started for disintegration.

The disintegrated slurry is put into the mixing tank for dilution, and oil repellent and water repellent are added during the dilution process. The mixer in the mixing tank stirs the slurry evenly, and then the diluted slurry is pumped into the slurry supply tank with a slurry pump. , keep stirring, so that the beating process is complete.

The slurry in the pulp supply tank is transported to the molding machine of the pulp molding product by the slurry pump through the slurry supply pipeline, and the moisture in the slurry is removed by vacuum suction filtration on the molding machine, so that the fibers in the slurry are adsorbed on the molding machine. On the wire mesh, a disposable pulp tableware wet embryo is formed, and the wet embryo and the wire mesh are manually transferred to the heat press setting machine.

Under the temperature of about 230°C and the pressure of a 15-ton booster cylinder, the water in the wet embryo is quickly squeezed out with a hot-pressing die, and the wet embryo is dried to form a semi-finished degradable lunch box. Transfer the shaped (shaping) semi-finished disposable lunch box to the edge trimming position, and use a cutter to remove the excess edge material of the pulp lunch box through the edge trimming machine.

After trimming, the disposable lunch box is transferred to the inspection process. The inspector inspects the products according to the customer's standards, picks out the products that do not meet the customer's requirements, and transfers the products that meet the requirements to the disinfection and packaging process. The products are stored in the warehouse after being packed in a closed aseptic packaging room. The pulp lunch box under the pulp molding process is thus produced.
